What is your returns policy? 

Due to the personal nature of items sold, We do not offer returns or exchanges for opened and used products. If you have a problem with your order, please reach out to us with your specific issue and we will do our best to help you.

 

How long will it take to receive my online order?

All orders are handmade in small batches to ensure maximum quality. We ship all orders within 2-6 business days. Orders ship USPS first class or priority mail. Depending on where you are located within the US. We do not ship on major holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).

What if I entered the incorrect shipping address? Can you send a replacement?

It is your responsibility, as the buyer, to make sure your address is correct and if a mistake has been made, contact us ASAP through our email silkywaysoap@gmail.com. We have no control over the package after it is shipped out. If the package is returned to us we will invoice you for shipping and resend it once your address has been corrected.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within The United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.
